1792 Full Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery (Sazerac Company), bottled at its original barrel-entry proof of 125 (62.5% ABV). Non-chill filtered and passed only through a plate-and-frame filter, it retains a bold, rich flavor profile with notes of dry oak, caramel, vanilla, sweet corn, cinnamon, and dried cherries, finishing with lingering white pepper and musty oak.
