A 100% Blue Weber agave blanco tequila from Arriesgado, produced at Tequila Selecto de Amatitán (NOM 1459) in Amatitán, Jalisco by Maestro Tequilero Roberto Real. Made using the ancestral Canoa y Mazo hand-crushing process, cooked in wood-fired masonry ovens, and double-distilled in copper pots. Bottled at 48% ABV.
