Bacardí Carta Blanca (also labeled Superior White Rum) is Puerto Rico's classic light rum, distilled from molasses on multi-column stills and aged 1–3 years in ex-bourbon barrels before charcoal filtration gives it its signature clean, colorless profile. Bottled at 37.5–40% ABV, it offers floral and fruity notes of orange blossom, lavender, apricot and banana with a crisp, dry finish, making it the world's best-selling white rum and a staple base for cocktails like the mojito and daiquiri.
