Baker's Bourbon is a single barrel bourbon produced by Jim Beam (Beam Suntory) as part of its Small Batch Bourbon Collection. Named for Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim Beam, it is aged a minimum of seven years and bottled at 107 proof, delivering notes of toasted nut, vanilla, and fruit from the charred oak barrel.
