Citadelle Gin is a French London Dry-style gin produced by Maison Ferrand at the Château de Bonbonnet distillery in Ars, near Cognac, France. Launched in 1996, it is distilled from wheat spirit in traditional Charentais copper pot stills with 19 botanicals (including juniper, coriander, citrus peel, cardamom, and violet) using a proprietary progressive infusion process. It is bottled at 44% ABV (88 proof).
