Conniption Kinship Gin is a modern gin from Durham Distillery made using a dual-distillation process: a vapor-distilled botanical base of juniper, Indian coriander, angelica root, licorice root, and dried bitter orange, blended with a cold-distilled infusion of cucumber, orange and lemon peels, and honeysuckle. The gin is finished with butterfly pea flower, giving it a distinctive blue-violet hue and a bright, citrus-forward, versatile flavor for cocktails.
