Fidencio Clásico is an artisanal joven mezcal crafted by the Jiménez family in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico, from 100% estate-grown Espadín agave. Distilled in copper stills and bottled at still strength (45% ABV), it delivers a smoky, earthy profile with notes of green pepper, tobacco, tar, and pine, and has won Double Gold honors at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
