Gracias a Dios Espadín is a 100% agave artisanal mezcal produced in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernández Santiago. Made from Espadín (Agave angustifolia) agave cooked in earthen pits, crushed, fermented, and double-distilled in copper stills, it is bottled unaged (joven style) at 45% ABV.
