Hard Truth Sweet Mash Rye is the debut rye whiskey from Hard Truth Distilling Co. of Nashville, Indiana, made from a 94% rye, 6% malted barley mash using the distillery's signature sweet mash process rather than traditional sour mash. Produced in small batches of roughly 30 barrels and bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, it offers a fruit-forward, spice-driven profile with notes of stone fruit, apple, and rye spice, and is sold in 750 mL bottles.
