Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye is a 94-proof (47% ABV) Tennessee rye whiskey made from the distillery's first new grain bill since 1866 — a mash of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. Hand-selected from barrels matured in the highest reaches of the barrelhouse and charcoal mellowed in the Lincoln County Process, it offers a grain-forward, spicy character with notes of dried fruit and light toasted oak leading to a rich, lingering finish.
