A joven mezcal ensamble from Los Siete Misterios blending Espadín and wild-harvested Tepeztate agaves from San Dionisio, Oaxaca. The agaves are cooked in an earth oven with wood and river stones, then double-distilled in copper pot stills, yielding notes of ripe citrus, tropical fruit, and floral aromatics at 45% ABV.
