New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon is a high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon from New Riff Distilling, made from a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley. Aged around four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, it is bottled unfiltered at barrel proof, with each single barrel offering its own distinct, robust and spicy flavor profile.
