No trusted reviews yet, so no verdict. We'll score it once critics or enough drinkers have weighed in. At ~$30 it costs less than most mezcal.

Pelotón de la Muerte is an artisanal tequila (and mezcal) line produced in Jalisco, Mexico (NOM 1649) from 100% blue Weber agave, cooked in traditional brick ovens and naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks. Its unaged Blanco expression is bottled at 46% ABV and delivers cooked-agave, black pepper, citrus and mineral notes; the brand's label references the "Brigade of Death" flag carried by insurgents in the Mexican Revolution.
