Plantation O.F.T.D. (Old Fashioned Traditional Dark) is an overproof rum created by Alexandre Gabriel of Maison Ferrand, blending pot- and column-still rums from Jamaica, Guyana, and Barbados. Bottled at 69% ABV (138 proof), it was designed as a tiki-bar workhorse for classic and Navy-strength cocktails such as the Zombie and Mai Tai, delivering notes of molasses, brown sugar, baking spice, and tropical fruit.
