Westward American Single Malt Whiskey is a grain-to-glass Pacific Northwest single malt made from locally malted two-row barley, fermented with American ale yeast, double pot distilled, and matured in new, lightly charred American oak barrels in Oregon. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).
