Pasote Blanco is an additive-free, unaged tequila made from highland (Los Altos) blue agave grown in the red clay soils of San Julián, Jalisco. Produced at Tequila El Tepozan (NOM 1584) under the direction of master distiller Felipe Camarena, the agave piñas are roasted and the spirit is distilled to showcase a fresh, herbaceous, mineral-driven agave character. The brand is owned and imported by 3 Badge Beverage Corporation of Sonoma, California.
