Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Gold Rum is crafted by Ed Hamilton's Ministry of Rum from pot still distillate made from fermented molasses at Jamaica's Worthy Park Estate. It is a blend of extra light, light, and heavy pot still rums, aged up to five years in once-used bourbon barrels and colored with caramel to a golden hue, delivering the bold, high-ester funk, tropical fruit, and molasses character typical of traditional Jamaican rum at 93 proof (46.5% ABV).
