Siete Leguas Añejo is a 100% agave tequila crafted at the historic NOM 1120 distillery in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, using traditional tahona and roller-mill agave crushing. Aged in American oak barrels (roughly 18-24 months), it presents an amber color with golden-silver highlights and notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and oak. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
