ShelfRead verdict
No trusted reviews yet, so no verdict. We'll score it once critics or enough drinkers have weighed in. At ~$90 it costs more than most japanese whisky.

Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt is a no-age-statement Japanese single malt whisky from Nikka's Miyagikyo distillery, distilled using pot stills and matured primarily in ex-sherry casks with some ex-bourbon cask influence. It has a light, fruity, and elegant profile with notes of apple, pear, and plum, and only a touch of peat smoke, making it softer and less smoky than its sibling Yoichi.
