Rhum J.M Fumée Volcanique is an agricole rhum from Distillerie J.M in Macouba, Martinique, part of the "Atelier des Rhums" collection created with Karine Lassalle (J.M's master cellar) and bartender Joseph Akhavan. Aged around one year and finished in heavily toasted ex-bourbon casks, it delivers smoky, charred, peaty and burnt-sugar notes referencing Martinique's volcanic terroir. Bottled at 49% ABV, it is designed as a cocktail-forward rhum.
