Desert Door Texas Sotol (Original) is a craft spirit distilled from wild sotol plants (Dasylirion texanum) harvested in the Chihuahuan Desert of West Texas. Though similar in production to agave spirits like tequila and mezcal, sotol is botanically distinct (not an agave). This unaged expression is herbaceous and creamy, with vegetal notes reflecting its Texas desert terroir.
