Gran Centenario Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila produced by the Gran Centenario distillery in Jalisco, Mexico (founded 1857, now part of Proximo Spirits). It is aged in new American oak barrels for an average of 16-18 months, yielding a smooth, complex spirit with notes of toasted oak, chocolate, caramel, and nuts; bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
