A 100% Espadín mezcal from maestro mezcalero Emigdio Jarquín Ramírez, produced in El Nanche, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Cultivated agave espadín (8-12 years old) is roasted, crushed by tahona, fermented in pine wood vats, and double-distilled in copper stills, yielding notes of toasted sugar, honey, pineapple, citrus, white flowers, mint, wet stone, and salt.
