Bondstone Double Oak Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey produced by IJW Whiskey Co. and bottled under the Bondstone label. Aged a minimum of four years in charred new American oak barrels, it is then finished in a second charred oak barrel for added depth, bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), with tasting notes of brown sugar, dried cherry, chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, and allspice.
