A limited-edition, uncut and unfiltered barrel-proof rye whiskey from Redwood Empire Distilling (Sonoma County, California), blending MGP-sourced rye with the distillery's own California-distilled rye. Aged 4-7 years with a mash bill of roughly 92% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat, it is bottled at cask strength (around 115+ proof) without chill filtration, showing notes of Earl Grey tea, cinnamon, cocoa, and rye spice.
