Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry Gin produced by the Bombay Spirits Company (distributed by Bacardi) at Laverstoke Mill, England. Made using a vapour infusion process based on a 1761 recipe, it is distilled with ten botanicals including juniper, lemon peel, coriander, and grains of paradise, yielding a fresh, citrus-forward gin with a lively juniper character and light spicy finish. It is typically bottled at 40% ABV (47% for the US/export market).
