A limited edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery (Sazerac), bottled at its original 125 barrel entry proof (62.5% ABV). Made from a high-rye mash bill (~75% corn, 15% rye, 10% malted barley), non-chill filtered, and aged approximately 8.5 years. Named 2020 World Whisky of the Year by Jim Murray's Whisky Bible.
