Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in French Cognac casks, bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV). Produced at Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, KY using a high-rye mash bill. Notes of dark cocoa, caramel, plum, apricot, cherry, and sweet oak. First permanent cask-finished expression in the 1792 portfolio, released in 2025.
