Corazón Añejo is a 100% blue weber agave tequila produced by the family-owned Casa San Matías distillery in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and marketed under Sazerac's Corazón brand. It is rested for around 12 months in oak barrels, yielding a smooth, amber-hued spirit with notes of oak, vanilla, caramel and spice, and is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
