A 100% espadín agave mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, made by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernández. Double distilled and then rested (reposado) for 3-4 months in new American oak barrels, giving it a golden color with notes of spiced oak, vanilla, almond, wild herbs, citrus and subtle smoke.
