400 Conejos Añejo is an aged mezcal from the 400 Conejos brand. As an "añejo," it is rested/aged in barrels to deepen its color and mellow its smoky, agave-forward character compared to the brand's joven and reposado styles. It is part of a broader 400 Conejos mezcal lineup that also includes single-agave expressions such as Cuishe, distinguishing it from tequila (which by law must be made only from blue Weber agave).
