Barsol Primero Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco produced by Bodega San Isidro (Barsol) in the Ica Valley, made from 100% Quebranta grapes. The wine is fermented from the sole grape juice with no water or additives, then pot-distilled in small batches and bottled directly at proof (41.3% ABV / 82.6 proof), yielding an unaged, aromatic single-varietal pisco.
