A limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery (Sazerac), bottled at exactly 100 proof per the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Produced from barrels filled during a single distilling season, aged a minimum of 4 years in a federally bonded warehouse. Tasting notes include charred oak, fresh mint, caramel apple, coffee, and black pepper.
