Corazón Tequila Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced by Casa San Matías (NOM 1103) in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is hand-harvested, traditionally cooked, and the spirit undergoes a second distillation with controlled oxygenation before bottling unaged, yielding a crisp, silver tequila with notes of baked agave, citrus, and pepper. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
