Woodinville Straight Rye Whiskey Aged 8 Years is a limited-release, grain-to-glass whiskey from Woodinville Whiskey Co. in Washington State, made from 100% rye grown on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, WA. The rye is mashed, distilled, and aged in-house for eight years in heavily-toasted, open-air-seasoned American oak barrels, then bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in small, numbered batches.
