Koloa Kaua'i White Rum is a Hawaiian white rum crafted by the Koloa Rum Company in Kalaheo, Kauai, distilled from raw cane sugar using copper pot stills, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It won a Gold Medal at the 2014 Miami Rum Renaissance Festival and is known for its clean, tropical, pot-still character reflecting authentic Hawaiian terroir.
