Campanilla del Palmar Maguey Criollo is an artisanal destilado de agave (mezcal) produced by Maestra María de la Luz Martínez and her sons Jaime and Manuel Navarro in the community of Palmar Segundo, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Like the family's other expressions, it is made from wild Agave salmiana, fermented with pulque to jump-start the process, and distilled in small batches using traditional clay-pot "campanilla" (Mongolian-style) stills passed down through eight generations.
