La Gritona Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila distilled and bottled by master distiller Melly Barajas and her all-women team at a small distillery (NOM 1533) in Valle de Guadalupe, Jalisco, Mexico. Made from mature, highland-grown agave cooked in brick ovens, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in small pot stills, it is rested to produce a light, additive-free reposado bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
