George Dickel Rye Whisky is a Tennessee-made rye whiskey distilled from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley (sourced from MGP), then chill-filtered through sugar maple charcoal using the Lincoln County Process and aged in char #4 barrels at the George Dickel (Cascade Hollow) distillery. The result is a spicy, robust rye with notes of clove, oak, and dried fruit, bottled at 90 proof.
