Copalli White Rum is an organic, single-estate rum produced by Travellers Liquors at the Copalli Distillery in the Belizean rainforest. It is distilled from fresh-pressed, non-GMO organic sugarcane juice (rather than molasses) in a rhum agricole style, left unaged, and bottled to showcase a clean, grassy, citrus and tropical fruit character.
