Bozal Cuishe is a single-maguey mezcal produced by Bozal in San Luis Amatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico, made from 100% wild Cuishe agave (a subspecies of the Karwinskii family). Known for its intense citrus aromas, strong minerality, and dry entry, it offers rich tropical fruit and sweet potato notes on the palate with green vegetal character and a dry, smoky finish.
