Azteca Azul Reposado is a 100% pure agave tequila produced by Destiladora de Agave Azul (NOM 1424) in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is cooked in traditional ovens, fermented and distilled twice in stainless steel, then rested in American oak barrels before bottling at 40% ABV, yielding a smooth profile of cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, oak and citrus notes.
