Jose Cuervo Especial Reposado is a golden-style, 100%-agave-blend (mixto) tequila from Mexico, rested in oak barrels to develop a smooth character with subtle agave, oak and vanilla notes. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it is the tequila behind the original Margarita and remains one of the best-selling reposado tequilas in the world.
