Del Maguey Santo Domingo Albarradas is a Single Village Mezcal made from Espadín agave grown in the cool, mountainous village of Santo Domingo Albarradas in Oaxaca, Mexico, by the Morales Luis family. The high-altitude terroir gives the agave a longer maturation, yielding a mezcal with a rich, mineral, herbaceous character, notes of citrus and roasted fruit, and a long, smooth, dry finish.
