Angel's Envy Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey crafted by the Louisville-based Angel's Envy distillery (founded by Lincoln and Wes Henderson), finished for several months in ruby port wine casks after primary aging. The secondary finishing imparts notes of vanilla, toasted oak, ripe berries and maple syrup on the nose with a silky palate of dark chocolate, dried fruit and a lingering sweet finish; it is bottled at 86.6 proof (43.3% ABV).
