Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is triple-distilled at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim, using a mashbill of malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and a small percentage of Irish Barra Oats. It is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 43% ABV with no added color and no chill filtration.
