Probitas is a blended white rum born from a first-of-its-kind collaboration between Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados and Hampden Estate in Jamaica. It combines an unaged pot-still Jamaican rum from Hampden with an unaged Coffey column-still rum and a two-year pot-still rum from Foursquare, bottled at 47% ABV with no additives or sweeteners, and is intended as a versatile, full-flavored cocktail rum.
