Kōloa Kaua'i Spice Rum is a spiced rum made from pure cane sugar, distilled twice in a vintage 1,210-gallon steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from Mount Wai'ale'ale. Distilled, blended and bottled by Kōloa Rum Company in Kalaheo, Kaua'i, Hawai'i at 44% ABV (88 proof), with tawny color and notes of caramel and sarsaparilla.
