Gracias a Dios Mango is an artisanal joven mezcal made by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernandez in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, from 100% Espadín agave. Mango is added to the distillate between the first and second distillation, using mangos grown on the Oaxacan coast, giving this limited, seasonal release a fruity, sweet-tinged character at 43% ABV.
