Maison Noirot Alcool pour Fruits is a neutral, flavorless and odorless spirit (around 40-45% ABV) produced by the Noirot distillery in Voiron, France. It is designed for macerating fresh fruits, herbs and spices at home to make traditional homemade liqueurs and preserved fruit-in-alcohol jars, without altering the natural taste of the ingredients. Sold in a 1L bottle.
